Delson Fleurmond is a highly respected professional basketball skills trainer with over two decades of experience in player development. Over the course of his career, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the games of some of the nation’s most promising young athletes, including NBA Champion Jonathan Kuminga, Villanova forward Trey Patterson, UNC commit and top-ranked point guard Elliot Cadeau, and elite prospect Tahahaad Pettiford. Delson is also the founder and President of Delson Training, an organization dedicated to advancing the skill, discipline, and potential of aspiring basketball players at every level.

Pastor Télaine Buisson Fleurmond is a passionate woman of faith who brings her love for God and people into every area of her life—including the world of sports.

With a background in ministry, education, and youth outreach, she holds a Master of Divinity from Andrews University and has served in various pastoral and chaplaincy roles across New York, Michigan, and Ohio. In addition to her ministry work, Pastor Télaine is an experienced graphic designer and former educator for the NYC Department of Education, where she taught graphic design

She currently serves as the 2nd Lieutenant Chaplain for the Northeastern Conference Medical Cadet Brigade and remains committed to mentoring and empowering young people..
